The Samurai S5100VX runs true to size, and we suggest going 0-1 size down from your Actual Waist Measurement (Body/Belt). Made with unsanforized and washed denim, most shrinkage is removed. With regular use, one can expect to gain .75″-1″ in the waist long term.
