Iron Heart Shirting sizing is graded in small increments. The 382-BLU runs true to Iron Heart sizing and is made with a once-washed, unbrushed flannel fabric. With regular use, one can expect up to .5″ of shrinkage in the chest over the long term.

Our Method of measuring is different than Iron Heart’s and we recommend consulting our Sizing Guide when purchasing.
